The prices includes VAT, organization costs, printed publication, catering (coffee breakes, lunches, dinner, social evening). The organizer reserves the right to change the prices, duration of the conference or change the format, etc.
All fees have to be paid by bank transfer in advance of the congress registration.
A confirmation of payment (tax receipt) will be sent by email upon receipt of payment. The original invoice will be given at the congress site.
In case of the absence at the congress, the fee will not be refunded. The proceedings will be sent to the participant.”
